A comprehensive investigation that involves reference checks, state and federal background checks including DMV records. All caregivers must maintain certification as required by the Alaska Division of Senior and Disability Services. Shine Bright Care LLC train, manage and supervisor all caregivers. We cover all government mandated taxes and workers compensation for our employees.
